    About CSM Training

This 2-day Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification Training is an entry-level certification provided by Scrum Alliance that provides individuals an understanding of the methodology, values, team performance, iteration, and accountability. The CSM course covers key topics, including project scope, Lean, Agile, Scrum, facilitation, coaching, product owner, coaching, and enterprise transformation.

 

This CSM training will be delivered by an expert Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). These CSTs have extensive experience of using Scrum techniques in real-world scenarios, and they achieve the status of CST only after rigorous evaluation process from Scrum Alliance.

 

Participants must attend a 2-day (16 Hour) classroom training/public workshop delivered by a CST. At this time, there is no option of taking this CSM Certification Course as online training.

There are no prerequisites to take up CSM training.

 

 

    CSM Exam Details

Upon completion of the training, you will receive a course completion certificate from the CST, by which you will be eligible to take up CSM exam from Scrum Alliance.

Exam Format

  • Type: Multiple Choice Questions (True/False)

•                  No. of Questions: 50

  • Exam Duration: 60 Minutes
  • Passing Score: 37/50 answers must be correct

 

 

    Maintaining CSM Credential

One has to maintain their CSM credential by renewing it every two years by obtaining 20 SEUs.

1.  Lean, Agile, and Scrum

Scrum Theory

  • Describe how the values of Scrum — focus, courage, commitment, openness, and respect — are present in a specific

Scrum event, artifact, or role.

Scrum Roles

  • List at least three rights and five responsibilities of the Product Owner, Development Team, and Scrum
  • Discuss at least two reasons why the Product Owner is a single person and not a group or a
  • Discuss how and why the Product Owner maintains authority over the product while working collaboratively with the

Development Team and stakeholders to gather their ideas, feedback, and input.

  • List at least five characteristics of the Development
  • Identify at least three negative consequences that arise when the Development Team consists of fewer than three or more than nine
  • State at least two reasons why no one can force the Development Team to work from a different set of requirements than the Product Owner’s.

 

Scrum Events and Artifact Transparency
