Dinak Strategy Consulting (DSC) is a highly respected strategic process management firm operating in the knowledge industry and dedicated to building excellent delivery capability in clients and organizations across Africa and beyond. Our goal is to detect, capture, and develop ideas from within and beyond business with the potential to impact how our clients think about strategy and competitive advantage.
From inception, we apply a broad base of insights as an integral component of our approach taken to generate competitive advantage for our clients in order to make them truly world class organizations.
We seek to look ahead of time to the next decade, in order to understand the forces that will come to shape strategy and the key projects to which such strategy should be aligned to.

In building our client’s capacities we make a distinction between capacity development and mere training to ensure that our clients acquire and command the skills to effectively manage resources and deliver service. We focus on the individual, the organization and the environment within which they operate.
This in turn often requires addressing both private sector as well as public sector factors. We adopt an approach that actively avoids a one-size-fits-all viewpoint and we emphasize continuing support of our clients.
This is our approach; as opposed to simply teaching the existence of methods that may have been only successfully applied in significantly different contexts, but may not be relevant in the client´s specific circumstances.
Our support goes well beyond the professional development workshops by providing user-friendly custom tools and toolkits designed to support managers and executives to operate effectively.
We serve as a continuing resource center for workshop participants and provide a professional networking platform to promote continuing peer-to-peer engagement on development issues and common challenges. Our client base is as eclectic as the solutions we proffer and they include major Nigerian banks, oil and gas companies and multinationals.
